From the South:  Take I-35W North to the Lake Street/31^st St. exit.  Turn left on 31^st St.  Continue west on 31^st St..  After crossing Hennepin Avenue, the next street is Holmes Ave.  Turn right on Holmes Ave.  We are located at the end of the block on the right side at 3009 Holmes Ave. S.

From the North:  Take I-35W South to I-694 West.  Then take I-94 East.  Exit at the Hennepin/Lyndale exit.  Take Hennepin Avenue south.  After crossing Lake Street, the next street is 31^st St.  Turn right on 31t St.  Turn right on Holmes Ave.  We are located at the end of the block on the right side at 3009 Holmes Ave. S. 

From the West:  

1. Take I-394 East.  Exit at the Hennepin/Lyndale exit.  Take Hennepin Avenue south.  After crossing Lake Street, the next street is 31^st St. Turn right on 31t St.  Turn right on Holmes Ave.  We are located at the end of the block on the right side at 3009 Holmes Ave. S.
2. Alternate route:  Take Highway 100 to the Excelsior Boulevard exit. Proceed east on Excelsior.  You will drive past Lake Calhoun on your right.  Excelsior then becomes Lake St.  Turn right on Holmes Ave.  (If you have crossed Hennepin Avenue you have gone too far.)  We are on the left side just south of the intersection of Lake St. and Holmes Ave. at 3009 Holmes Ave. S.
